Comfiest bed, ideal location , spotlessly clean room and bathroom, super friendly staff who helped me with all my travel arrangements, tasty breakfast, bike and motorbike rental available.

Checking in at night involves ringing the doorbell and waking up someone, suggestion for using key or card for entrance.

A Pleasure Garden - The lush garden at this homestay was like stepping into paradise. With vibrant flowers and a serene atmosphere, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Hoi An.

Unfortunate Incident -

Everything was perfect, the apartment is goat! New venue with everything you need really close to the centre and the restaurants and Old Town and attractions. Helpful staff made our stay very nice. There was bidet. Had a nice coffee at Streets Restaurant Cafe, located 5 minutes walk away.

Especially helpful and absolutely lovely staff and we enjoyed the owner. Own bathroom was fairly clean. Served breakfast with pretty good pancakes, everything was local...

The room at Happy Town Hoi An was cozy and welcoming, with a touch of rustic charm that made us feel right at home. It had a warm and homely vibe that was perfect for our young family.

Personally, we found the breakfast options at Happy Town Hoi An to be a bit limited.

This place offers clean and affordable accommodation conveniently located near popular attractions, the old town, and other points of interest, with delicious Vietnamese coffee and pretty good pancakes for breakfast.

Lovely terrace and garden. I enjoyed the dry cleaning service - because who wants to do laundry on vacation? The a la carte breakfast was divine, especially compared to the usual bland hotel breakfasts. And can we talk about free WiFi? Thank you, Happy Town, for keeping me connected to the world.

Oh, such a shame they didn't have a runway for private jets. I had to fly with the commoners at Da Nang International.

My stay at Happy Town was simply wonderful. The family that owns the homestay made my experience in Hoi An unforgettable. The location is excellent, close to the center and safe for late-night outings. The breakfast options are delicious, especially the banana pancakes and black coffee. The rooms and entire place are spotlessly clean. Thank you for making my stay in Hoi An amazing!

Everything about this homestay was pure perfection. The cleanliness was mind-blowing, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast options were jaw-dropping. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and the beach. They even had filtered water available for refills and accepted card payments with a reasonable fee. this place was a 10/10 experience that I would 100% recommend.

The new facilities had everything we needed and the location was wonderful, just a short distance from the Old House of Phun Hung.

The location is ideal, with close proximity to Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, the local market, and Da nang.

One thing I really liked about the hotel was the cozy and homely decoration. The whole house had a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable. The furniture and decorations were not too modern, but they had a charm that reminded me of my own home. It was perfect for senior people like me who appreciate a more traditional and comfortable setting. Additionally, the hotel's general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate around. The accessibility for senior people was great, with no stairs or difficult obstacles to get in the way.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to have a bit more patience and understanding with older guests. While they were generally kind and helpful, there were a few times when I sensed a slight lack of patience when I needed assistance.

Nice breakfast with variety of options. Perfect location with walking distance to attractions and free bicycles for the beach. Loved everything about this place!
